I have found that if I can keep the first chakra and the heart chakra balanced, most of the time the other chakras will 'follow suit' so to speak. These meditations are nice little starts but I'll be expanding a bit more in future posts on how to balance chakras specifically.
The heart chakra and the root chakra are what I call the 'guiding light chakras' simply because most of us truly lead with the heart and all we have learned about being who we are is most often found in the grounding chakra and the heart chakra.
When I first started learning about chakras, my immediate thought was--is this for real? I'd heard about chakras, energy, auras and always been intrigued but it wasn't until a near death experience that I wanted to know more and gave myself permission to do so.
Since then, I've learned more than I ever knew there was to learn. I hope to be able to share some of that here most especially for those intrigued and curious about learning more about our energy fields.
